Refunds can be requested if the service delivered does not meet the terms agreed upon in the contract. You must notify us within 30 days of service delivery.
Some services like custom software development and consulting may not be refundable due to the nature of the work. These will be mentioned in the service agreement as we collaborate for a beneficial partnership.
To request a refund please email at [email protected] with your service details and reason for the refund. We will get back to you within 7 business days.
If your refund is approved we will process it and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
In some cases partial refunds may be given if only part of the service was unsatisfactory.
