As a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 0-1 year of experience, you will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, analyze business needs, and contribute to the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate and Generate leads with the sales team to gather and understand customer requirements for potential projects or products.

Job Description :

The HR Intern will assist the HR department in daily operations and special projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

Responsibilities :

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Requirements and skill :

• Must have proficiency in MS Office (Word ,Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in an office assistant or HR support role is a plus

• MBA in Human Resources Management
