Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales). This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical and communication skills to kick-start their career in the field of business analysis and pre-sales. As a Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 0-1 year of experience, you will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, analyze business needs, and contribute to the pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate and Generate leads with the sales team to gather and understand customer requirements for potential projects or products.
- Assist in preparing and delivering engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze customer needs and business problems to identify potential solutions and provide recommendations.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales collaterals, including product documentation, case studies, and presentations.
- Prepare and contribute to RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and development, to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records and databases.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the relevant domain.
- Support the sales team in the negotiation and closing of deals, including contract review and pricing discussions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B. Tech) or MCA.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Work Schedule and Location :
- Full-time position.
